About the Role
Our client is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to lead the development and implementation of MEL systems. The MEL Officer will ensure effective tracking of program and project performance, support data-driven decision-making, and strengthen donor reporting and organizational learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's MEL framework, indicators, and data collection tools.
- Conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments across programs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to measure impact and outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality reports for donors, partners, and internal use.
- Support program teams using data for adaptive learning and improvement.
- Train staff and volunteers on MEL tools, safeguarding data practices, and reporting standards.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality and integrity.
