Qualifications
1. Exhibit strong grant/proposal writing capabilities.
2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
3. Strong administrative and computer skills (including Microsoft tools)
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in problems-solving
5. Experience working collaboratively as part of a small team and organization of complex tasks
6. Located in greater accra ( preferably around Kwabenya, Ashongman estate, ACP, DOME, Pokuase, Amasaman, Ofankor barrier etc.)
7. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
8. At ease working with people from diverse background and very good intrapersonal skills
9. Experience in Not-for-profit management
