Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and finished products. 2. Operate machinery and equipment as required, ensuring safe and efficient usage. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. 4. Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet output targets. 5. Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to the supervisor. 6. Support team members in various production-related tasks, including assembly, packing, and labeling. 7. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment malfunctions. 8. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and actively participate in safety training initiatives. 9. Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback on work processes.
