JOB TITLE:                   Mobile Banker (Savings & Susu)

OBJECTIVE

To mobilize funds from prospective clients, assist them save through the Q Capital Susu product, thereby helping them grow their business

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Reports


• Marketing of company products of Q Capital


• Growth and management of liabilities mainly from daily sales customers


• Daily accounts


• Customer service / Relationship management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mobilize savings (susu) from clients on a daily basis


• Cross-sell the deposit products of the company


• Keep and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential daily sales customers


• Assist clients to save through the susu product


• Attend to clients for their daily saving deposits and retain deposits mobilized


• Agree with customers on the suitable times for collecting deposits and collect deposits from clients at their preferred locations daily


• Keep good record of passbooks and ensure balances from company and clients always match


• Assist clients in making withdrawals from their savings


• Acquire or generate new clients / accounts through marketing and referrals from existing clients


• Assist clients to grow their business through advice on business strategies


• Ensure that all requirements and documents are accurate and adequate for all depositors


• Use customer information proactively in the prevention of fraud and scams


• Adhere to field deposit collection policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge and skills includes

• Diploma in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing, Accounting) or any related field plus one (1) year post qualification relevant experience


• Senior High School Certificate (Business Management / Marketing / Accounting) with two (2) years post qualification relevant experience.
