Position Description/Job Purpose
The PAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Passport Application Centers, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, and providing high-quality customer service. The role includes managing staff, handling operational issues, and ensuring that the centers meet BTS's standards and objectives.
Position Responsibilities and Duties
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations at the PACs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Staff Management: Working closely with PAC staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing training and support.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times, addressing any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving operational problems and escalate issues to the PAC Manager when necessary.
Resource Management: Ensure that the PACs are adequately stocked with necessary materials and that equipment is maintained in good working order.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on PAC operations, including performance metrics and any issues encountered.
Training Coordination: Assist in training new staff and conducting refresher training for existing staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with current processes and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with BTS policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Ticketing System: Monitor and utilize the ticketing system to track and address the needs of various PACs, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of PAC Operations and other departments to ensure alignment and support for PAC activities.

Reports to: Head of PAC Operations
Collaborates with: The Ministry officials at the PAC
Location & Commitments
Location: The regions in Ghana
Commitment: Full-time, with flexibility to travel to different PAC locations as required.
Working Conditions
Office environment with frequent travel to various PAC locations.
May require extended hours during peak times or to resolve urgent issues
