The Printer and Quality Assurance Officers are responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of passport production, from printing to quality control. This role ensures that all printing operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently, that equipment is maintained, and that personalisation meets the set quality standards to the PACs in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

Printing Operations: Manage the printing process to ensure timely production of passports without backlogs.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all printing equipment is in excellent working condition and schedule regular maintenance to prevent any disruptions.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the printing processes.

Compliance: Ensure all printing and quality control activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Reports to: Head of Personalisation and Quality Assurance

Location & Commitments

Location: Accra, Ghana

Commitment: Full-time at the Head Office

Working Conditions

Office and production facility environment.

May require extended hours to meet deadlines.
