Position Description/Job Purpose

The Head of Personalisation and Quality Control is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of passport production, from printing to quality control. This role ensures that all printing operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently, that equipment is maintained, and that personalisation meets the set quality standards to the PACs in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

Printing Operations: Manage all aspects of the printing process to ensure timely production of passports without backlogs.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all printing equipment is in excellent working condition and schedule regular maintenance to prevent any disruptions.

Stock Management: Track passport stock levels continuously and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the printing processes.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on printing and quality control activities, highlighting any issues and proposing solutions.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of personalisation staff, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.

Compliance: Ensure all printing and quality control activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Reports To: CEOs/Management Team

Supervises: Printer Operators and Quality Control Officers
