Role Overview
The Operations MIS & Analytics Executive is responsible for managing structured operational reporting and Excel-based analytics across Asaase Kitchen outlets. The role supports Operations leadership through accurate data consolidation, performance tracking, customer feedback monitoring, workforce analytics, and ordering controls, enabling faster decision-making and reducing manual reporting workload.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations MIS & Performance Reporting
Prepare and circulate Daily Operations MIS dashboards covering
• Prepare and circulate Daily Operations MIS covering FB %, NPS, KPT, Order Rejections, and Bolt Pending Disputes.
• Maintain Daily Variance trackers highlight operational and financial risks.
• Validate Cash vs Credit Tally based on Daily Operations Reports.
• Highlight store-wise risks, recurring issues, and operational performance gaps.
2. Financial & Operational Controls Monitoring
• Conduct Daily and Weekly Utility Consumption analysis and share feedback for corrective action.
• Monitor ordering discipline against weekly consumption patterns.
• Support inventory and food cost control through variance and consumption analysis.
• Share structured feedback with stores and track corrective actions.
3. Customer Experience & Feedback Management MIS
• Consolidate Daily QR and Bolt customer feedback files.
• Track negative feedback for immediate escalation.
• Maintain Weekly and Monthly customer feedback closure records prior to monthly reporting release.
4. Sales, Production & Workforce Planning
• Prepare Hourly Sales Projections to support production preparation planning.
• Develop Ingredient Pull Charts based on actual sales by shift.
• Consolidate Weekly restaurant rosters and validate manpower deployment against business demand.
5. Excel Systems & Capability Building
• Develop standardized Excel MIS templates and dashboards.
• Train Restaurant Managers and Operations teams on reporting formats and Excel usage aligned with
structured reporting discipline.
Success Metrics
• Timely and accurate Daily MIS circulation.
• Reduction in manual compiling workload at leadership level.
• Customer feedback closure before monthly reporting timelines.
• Improved operational response through early variance identification.
• Accuracy in projections, reporting, and ordering validations.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel including:
- Pivot Tables
- Power Query
- XLOOKUP / INDEX MATCH / SUMIFS
- Dashboard creation and data validation
Preferred:
• Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Core Competencies
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Structured follow-up and escalation discipline.
• Ability to manage daily reporting timelines.
• Confidential handling of operational and financial data.
• Strong coordination with Operations and Store Teams.
