The General Maintenance Person (Electrical Technician) is responsible for ensuring that the KFC restaurant is maintained in a safe and functional condition. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, etc.

• Maintaining of existing maintenance system, utilities, equipment, etc in all outlet.


• Preparing & maintaining preventive maintenance schedule:


• Perform management and vendor management locally:


• Ensure follow-up on suppliers/service agent for maintenance works to be done:


• Ensure safe and well maintained facilities to enhance the experience for customers/guest:


• Perform maintenance task that arise in a timely operation:


• Identify problems and facilitate maintenance repairs to systems including water, generator, refrigeration, heating etc.:


• Perform routine task such as equipment repairs, painting, tank cleaning etc.:


• Perform basic emergency repairs as needed and directed:


• Ensure that systems are maintained and monitored including electrical monitoring:


• Operate a variety of manual and motorized equipment:


• Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
