CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Shornaa Island Amusement Park, helping guests with ticketing, directions, information, and addressing their needs. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can stay positive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, accurate information to guests regarding park attractions, policies, and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with ticketing, admissions, and group reservations as needed.
- Support guest safety by guiding them on park rules and emergency protocols.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment around customer service areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Patience, problem-solving skills, and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment
