* Minimum 1 year experience in credit underwriting, risk assessment, or loan appraisal (microfinance/SME lending preferred). * Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or related field (advantage, not mandatory). * Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and relevant internships may be considered. * Experience in borrower cash-flow analysis and loan monitoring. * Knowledge of microfinance lending practices and repayment behavior drivers. * Credit risk or microfinance certifications are an added advantage.

* Credit appraisal using the 4 Cs and sound financial analysis.
* Ability to identify, monitor, and mitigate credit risk (PAR, NPLs, delinquency trends).
* Loan structuring and portfolio management skills.
* Preparation of credit, risk, and portfolio performance reports.
* Working knowledge of core banking/credit management systems and loan documentation.
* Understanding of microfinance products and regulatory compliance in Ghana.
