Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance (or equivalent) from a recognised institution, with full professional certification (ACCA, ICA, ICMA, CFA). Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior managerial role, and success in a competitive selection process. Excellent knowledge of IFRS, PFMA, financial strategy, modelling, budgeting, and risk management, with fair proficiency in financial software. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Skilled in internal control systems, workflow process formulation, and providing sound financial and investment advice. Committed to continuous professional development through advanced training in finance, taxation, leadership, and business planning.
