Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and Part II of a professional qualification (ACCA, ICA(G), CIMA) with at least one year of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts preparation to trial balance, and computer literacy. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to undertake the company's traineeship and short courses in Communication, Team Building, and Customer Service. Eligible for progression after three years of satisfactory performance; position classified at Grade 5.
