Ultimate HR Services Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking company in the industrial sector, looking for a skilled and reliable Technician to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical faults and resolve them promptly
Support installation of new machines and production lines
Conduct inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards
Maintain accurate service logs and technical documentation
Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime
Requirements:
Technical Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Familiarity with health and safety standards in industrial settings
Experience with PLCs or automated systems is an added advantage
