Operations Officer Jobs Information
We are currently seeking dedicated Weighbridge Operators to join our Manufacturing Company.
Location: Ashanti Region
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in plastic recycling companies.
- Immediate availability to work.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately weighing all incoming and outgoing vehicles, via use of weighbridge software.
2. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and licences.
3. Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation, cash sales management and record keeping.
4. Using a two-way radio for communication to co-ordinate all trucks and loading points.
5. Processing orders via email and phone.
6. Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of vehicles.
7. Generating customer invoices, statements, purchase orders and supplier payments.
8. Assisting customers with enquiries.
9. Maintaining databases and spreadsheets as required.
10. Assisting with general administrative duties.
