• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant


• Formulate strategic and operational objectives


• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability


• Manage budgets and forecasts


• Perform quality controls and monitor output KPIs


• Recruit, train and supervise staff


• Find ways to increase quality of customer service


• Supervise the client and key account relationship management

• Liaise with Government of Ghana and its agencies on projects


• Supervise and review tender submissions


• Monitor and evaluate competitive developments in Ghana


• Preparing reports and making recommendations to management.


• Tracking goals and reporting results as necessary


• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role


• Five years of experience at a consulting company


• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field


• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management


• Experience in budgeting and forecasting


• Familiarity with business and financial principles


• Excellent communication skills


• Leadership ability


• Outstanding organizational skills


• Experience in customer relationship management


• Experience in managing and supervising a team of minimum 10 people


• Experience in preparation of tender documents


• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
