A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software and communication platforms.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Twi, Ga, Ewe) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Description
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, toiletries, equipment, vehicles, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, calls) and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events (e.g., team lunches, workshops, client gatherings)
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff as required
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations, access cards, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with basic HR administrative tasks.
- Support in coordinating staff training and development initiatives.
- Manage the office budget, track expenditures, process invoices, and reconcile accounts related to office operations.
- Prepare periodic reports on office expenses for management review.
- Assist with petty cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Ensure the office adheres to health and safety regulations and implement necessary protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
