JOB OVERVIEW
A reputable company at the forefront of renewable energy solutions specializing in solar home systems and electric mobility is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic marketing, deep familiarity with the renewable energy and clean tech space, and a proven track record of delivering results through multi-channel
campaigns. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market growth through data-driven strategies and creative execution. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's market presence and reputation while supporting the commercial team with effective tools, campaigns, and insights to grow sales and market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning
- Define and communicate the company’s value proposition and competitive differentiation across all channels
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including B2B and B2C strategies
Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email campaigns, paid media, and influencer collaborations
- Oversee brand messaging across platforms to ensure consistency and impact
- Develop product launch strategies in collaboration with sales and product teams
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage the company’s digital footprint including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising
- Oversee the development of marketing assets including brochures, newsletters, videos, presentations, and case studies
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns
Team & Budget Management
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team or external consultants as required
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Coordinate with external agencies, media outlets, and creative partners as needed
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to align marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, community organizations, industry groups, and media professionals
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and speaking engagements when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
- Industry experience in renewable energy, solar technology, clean mobility, or similar sectors is required
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, digital marketing trends, branding, and market segmentation
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans with measurable success
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), and analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for sustainability and innovation
