Job Purpose:
To develop and execute marketing strategies and manage the school’s social media presence to enhance brand visibility, engage the school community, support student recruitment, and promote school events and achievements across various digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
Develop and implement the school’s marketing strategy in line with enrollment and branding goals.
Create promotional materials, brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
Coordinate open days, school tours, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials and platforms.
Collaborate with leadership and admissions teams to support recruitment efforts.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the school’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, image, video) that highlights student life, achievements, events, and school updates.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and moderate content to maintain a positive online presence.
Analyze engagement data and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation
Capture and edit photos and videos of school events, classroom activities, and special programs.
Design graphics and promotional visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Write blog articles or web content to showcase the school’s educational offerings, success stories, and values.
Website and Digital Presence
Update and maintain the school website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and appeal.
Monitor website traffic and recommend SEO improvements.
Liaise with web developers or external vendors as needed.
