Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand activations, overseeing media planning and media buying campaigns, and managing the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying key media opportunities and translating them into effective, high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Activations:
- Develop and execute creative brand activation campaigns that connect with target audiences and elevate brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiential marketing strategies, events, and promotional activities.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of brand activation efforts to ensure optimal ROI.
- Ensure all brand activations align with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Media Planning:
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive media plans across multiple channels (digital, TV, radio, print, OOH, etc.).
- Analyze and identify the most effective media platforms for the target audience, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Develop media strategies that align with both short-term promotional goals and long-term brand objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging media opportunities to continuously refine media planning efforts.
- Media Buying:
- Manage the media buying process, including negotiating rates, securing ad placements, and optimizing media spend.
- Work closely with external media vendors and partners to secure the best rates and placements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to refine media buying strategies and improve ROI.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly report on the performance of brand activations, media planning, and buying efforts.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign data to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and measure the success of each campaign.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior marketing team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and other external stakeholders.
