RETAIL SALES MANAGERS 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower, train and lead them to meet sales targets (cases and premiums) on a consistent basis.


• An expert in prospecting, appointment booking, lead/referrals generation, sales closing, organizing/doing institutional presentations and sales activations.


• Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales KPIs.


• Ability to research, create new ideas, develop winning sales strategies and effectively execute them for the team to meet monthly and annual targets.


• A smart business development guru, sales planner, controller and executor


• Proper vetting of proposal forms and timely submissions


• Exhibit professional sales practice and excellent client service delivery


• Quality, accurate and timely reporting

SALES MANAGER 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance


• A minimum of two years’ experience in sales leadership role


• Good people management and emotional intelligence skills


• Ability to recruit talented agents, provide field support, co-ordinate, organize, lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excel on the job.


• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal)


• Ability to build good relationships, network and broker business deals


• Skilled in sales forecasting, good decision-making and a solutions provider


• Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
