Description
Our client, a leading supplier of Multi-Function Printers, is seeking to hire an experienced individual to fill the role of a CORPORATE & GOVERNMENT SALES EXECUTIVE to assist with sales in the company.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by contacting and developing relationships, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. He or she will also carry out the following responsibilities:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market and sell the company's products to customers.
- Identify opportunities to develop new products tailored to businesses and organisations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and issue pro forma invoices to customers.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales reports.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay at the cutting edge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Document sales transactions and order details, ensuring accurate recording in the sales system.
- Liaise with existing customers to encourage recurring business and increase sales volume.
