Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Knowledge of hotel industry trends and customer preferences.
Experience with photo/video content creation is a plus.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services, events, and special offers.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in the hotel's brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage content creation for the hotel’s website, social media accounts, and promotional materials.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and grow the hotel's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Engage with online communities, influencers, and potential guests to build a strong digital presence.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding appropriately to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on the performance of campaigns to guide future strategies.
- Collaborations & Partnerships:
- Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and other partners to drive promotions and collaborative marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that can help promote the hotel.
- Event & Promotion Support:
- Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and hotel packages to drive bookings.
- Support the sales team in organizing and promoting corporate events, conferences, and weddings.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
