Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and help us grow our hospital & its telehealth and mobile services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about healthcare and technology, have experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare industry, as well as a strong understanding of the telehealth and mobile hospital market. He should have experience to develop and execute effective, efficient and strategic marketing campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote our healthcare services
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our company's mission and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners, including hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and government agencies
- Collaborate with other staff to develop marketing materials, such as presentations, flyers, and website content
- Manage and update our social media channels, and other digital platforms
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our services
- Analyze and report on sales and marketing metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, corporate and event organizers
- Organize and coordinate events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect us
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential partners and clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients
- Identify and address customer concerns and objections
- Develop and implement referral programs to increase customer acquisition
- Build relationships with referral facilities to make it smooth for us to refer clients
- Provide training to other staff in line with feedback from regulatory bodies, partners and clients
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat business
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and strategies
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to management.
- Develop & execute targeted marketing campaigns to specific demographics or geographic areas
- Work with the medical team to identify and promote specialized services
- Develop partnerships with local community organizations to increase awareness of our services
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
