Qualifications and Experience: 1. A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a Business-related subject or Social Sciences from a recognized University or Polytechnic. 2. A minimum of 2 years post-qualification work experience (including national service) for applicants with a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience (including national service) for applicants with an HND. 3. Experience in Sales, Bank, and Insurance Marketing is highly preferred. 4. Fluency in English and any local language. 5. Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license. 6. Preferably male and not more than 35 years of age.

Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients to recruit a Marketing Assistant for immediate employment. The office will be located in Legon.

 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for driving the marketing and promotion of the Union’s products and services. This includes engaging with members, supporting the creation of marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead membership drives and actively recruit new members.


• Market the Union’s products and services to existing and potential members.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.


• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.


• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and assist in providing tailored solutions.


• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events).


• Help design and produce marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations) to promote the Union’s services and enhance social media engagement.
