A reputable and leading real estate brokerage firm, leveraging on today’s digital infrastructure to deliver its operations is currently looking for a Marketing Associate/Content Producer.  
The ideal candidate will be creative, resourceful and able to develop an engaging marketing strategy that will effectively reach our target audience. You will produce, monitor and oversee all graphic, photography, and video content for our internal and external communications across digital platforms while maintaining high professional standards. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Plan, implement and manage our Social Media strategy and presence across all digital platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement that will lead to conversions and sales.  


• Develop ideas for video stories/photos, graphic design, and other multimedia content that is compelling and timely to meet customer expectations and interest. 


• Grow our platforms and respond to all social media inquiries.  


• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and propose ideas for adoption. 


• Analyze customer viewership data, online surveys, and other forms of web metrics to shape improvements in service delivery and wider visibility. 


• Collaborate with internal teams to create regular and inclusive content strategy to help drive marketing efforts and optimize user experience.
