Description
Job Purpose
The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling correspondence, managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting management in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and official documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
