• Import documentation verification and confirmation to the shippers for the final process.


• Organize and follow up on  Ex Works and  FOB Shipment till final departure from the POL  with required  Import documentation compliance.


• Resolve issues during the shipping period of  Ex-works & FOB shipment, communicating any delays to the relevant departments.


• Prepare shipping details of  Exworks /FOB  shipments further to start the RFQ process.


• RFQ follow-up and Price sheet updation for final decision.


• Maintain filing of shipping documents for Imports & Exports.


• Prepare Daily schedule of Ex-works & FOB shipments as assigned for review.

Good Knowledge of ICUMS operation.  – UCR /IDF/BOE /MDA/GSA Creation.
