Description
- Develop business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify customer needs and competitor offerings and lead the company to significantly increase its market share in line with its strategic goal.
- Set up key performance metrics for sales and marketing, track performance, and take corrective actions as appropriate.
- Prepare sales proposals, tender documents, presentations, and sales reports.
- Prospect for customers; coordinate lead generation; engage potential clients to determine their needs; do product presentation and demonstration; submit quotation, invoice, and agreement; and close sales deals.
- Support the customer service team in resolving issues or complaints and ensure prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
- Identify and drive process improvements, product knowledge training, and excellence in customer service.
