• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.


• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure


•  Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.


• Ensure network security and manage firewalls, anti-virus, and other security measures


• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.


• Identify opportunities for technology improvements and recommend solutions


•  Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.


• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely project completion


•  Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support.


• Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development


• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.


• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best possible terms and services


•  Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations.


• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the company’s data and IT assets.
