Description
- Auditing and sending of updated reports on weekly basis
- Invoicing report
- Tracing report
- Preparing of duty and part payment for the agent to be send for approval
- Receipt of the clearing documents from the pre clearing officer and agents.
- Prepare the balance payment of the documents and send for approval
- Follow up with accounting for any pending payments for the agents
- Preparation of the monthly reconciliation with agents
- Yearly reconciliation with shipping line and terminal for outstanding balance if any.
- Providing of documents for accounting department for transfer
- Filling of the consignment documents along with check list for each order
