Description
Role Summary:
To proactively source, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. The Recruitment and Resourcing Officer will coordinate the recruitment function of the HR department particularly recruitment for our security operations to ensure vacancies are filled without delay. The recruitment process must use very productive sources at minimal cost to engage good candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill operational and administrative roles swiftly and effectively, with a special focus on security personnel and facility operatives.
- Collaborate with Operations Team to anticipate manpower needs and ensure timely resource allocation based on site requirements and client SLAs.
- Leverage both traditional and digital platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks) to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Conduct CV reviews, interviews, background checks, and vetting processes to ensure all hires meet industry and company standards
- Coordinate with HR and Operations Team to manage seamless onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain an active and up-to-date talent database for quick deployment, including idle staff availability, qualifications, and certifications.
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards; prepare periodic recruitment reports and analytics.
- Act as the bridge between HR, Operations, and external partners (recruitment agencies, training bodies) to ensure consistent and quality staffing outcomes.
- To ensure all candidates have equal opportunity during recruitment and the process should be in line with policy.
- To maintain a very high level of awareness of staffing situation at all locations and plan ahead to fill vacancies that come up.
- To conduct exit interviews to developed of database of reasons for staff exit location by location to aid HR planning
- To monitor and ensure that company policy on recruitment is applied consistently throughout the organization.
- To keep updated versions of job description and specification and manage employee information from recruit to selection.
- Ensure that all references are requested and followed, Police clearance for each staff are completed including the collection of right Guarantor information.
- To report weekly, monthly and quarterly on recruitment and training of guards
- To ensure new recruits meet all requirement including medical and physical fitness
- To ensure clear and timely information to those who need it and use the most appropriate method.
- Develop recruitment targets and plans for every month in consultation with the HR manager for implementation.
- Ensure accurate letters of appointment and contracts are issued in a timely and efficient manner.
