Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Officer to manage all human resource functions at our showroom. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for showroom staff.
*Oversee employee performance and address concerns promptly.
*Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
*Manage payroll, SSNIT, leave schedules, and other HR tasks.
*Foster a positive and productive work environment.
*Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a retail environment.
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
