Job Summary:
The HR Outsourced Staff will act as the crucial link between outsourced clients and their employees. This role involves managing HR-related communications, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering positive relationships between the client and their outsourced workforce.
He/She will also be the primary point of contact for incoming new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for receiving, addressing, and overseeing new projects from initiation to completion. The role involves effective communication with clients, internal coordination, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main HR contact for outsourced clients and their employees.
- Facilitate effective communication between the client and the outsourced workforce.
- Manage onboarding processes for outsourced employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with client HR departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives for outsourced employees as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback to both clients and employees.
- Assist in the resolution of HR-related issues and conflicts.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on HR-related activities.
- Receive and review incoming new business inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Prepare project proposals, timelines, and budgets in coordination with relevant departments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, client interactions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the New Business Development team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transition of completed projects to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
