    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
    Minimum of [5–7] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [2–3] years in a managerial role.
    Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

					Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the Company’s goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to foster a positive work culture, attract and retain talent, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources management.
 - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
 - Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
 - Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems.
 - Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
 - Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
 - Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
 - Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
