RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Take on transporting duties for both hotels.


• Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays around the hotel’s vicinity


• Use Navigation applications (Google map) to determine the best route to use at what period.


• Interacting with guest with a professional conduct


• To work in hand with front office executive to ensure adequate detailing on pickups and drop offs.


• To ensure the Hotel shuttle and all vehicles are clean, tidy, adequate Wi-fi and adequate amenities (water, towel, newspapers and hand sanitisers)  


• Familiarise yourself with significant land marks and information of the area of the hotel’s location (Osu, Ridge)


• Fulfil administrative task such as scheduling duties and delegating

Responsibilities to drivers.

• Follow up the Drivers planning and scheduling using outlook Calendar.


• Communicate all vehicle activities prior to travel.


• Regularly follow the vehicle checklist and keep vehicle daily.


• To attend all training courses as required.


• To familiarise yourself with the code of Conduct and information on the Employee hand book.


• Report for duty on time and follow the correct clocking in procedures.


• To ensure that personal appearance is tidy and well-groomed at all times and that your


• uniform is kept clean and in good condition and worn with name badge whilst on Duty.


• To familiarize yourself with the general Front office procedures and ensure that they are adhered to.
