Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Reservations & Bookings: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate guest records.
Guest Inquiries & Assistance: Provide detailed information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
Front Desk Operations: Answer calls and emails, assist with guest requests, and coordinate with other resort departments.
Billing & Payments: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns and requests promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, assist with general office duties and reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
