• Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability. 


• Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including reservations, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. 


• Marketing & Sales: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy. 


• Compliance: Ensuring the hotel complies with all relevant laws and regulations. 


• Quality Control: Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest services. 


• Problem Solving: Addressing issues and finding solutions to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
