Description
Front Desk Management:
- Greeting Visitors:
Welcoming guests with a professional and positive attitude, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering and Screening Phone Calls:
Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate staff.
- Maintaining Reception Area:
Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Administrative Tasks:
- Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and reminding participants.
- Handling Correspondence: Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of office expenses, supplies, and other relevant information.
- Other Clerical Duties: Performing tasks like filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Customer Service:
- Providing Information: Offering basic information to visitors and clients.
- Handling Inquiries: Addressing customer questions and concerns.
Additional Duties:
- Managing Office Supplies: Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Assisting with Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans for employees.
- Supporting HR: Assisting with onboarding, scheduling interviews, and other HR tasks.
