Front Office Personnel – Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate front desk staff for optimal performance.

Staff Training: Conduct onboarding, regular training, and performance improvement sessions.
Administrative Duties: Maintain guest records, process payments, and ensure front desk organization.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee room availability, coordinate with housekeeping, and manage special requests.
Financial Oversight: Handle billing, cash management, daily reports, and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, manage emergencies, and maintain a secure environment.
Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate staff and guest conflicts professionally.
Event Coordination: Support small event planning, ensuring timely setup and guest satisfaction.
