JOB PURPOSE:

To take food and beverage orders accurately and completely, efficiently serve food and beverages to customers and attend to customers' needs.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant


2. Introduce self to customers


3. Show customers to their tables


4. Present menus to customers


5. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items and daily specials
