Operations & Service
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Monitor service quality and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are properly set, service areas are clean, and standards are maintained at all times.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise waiters, bartenders, and service staff during shifts.
Assign duties, manage duty rosters, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer care.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance where needed.
Enforce discipline and adherence to company policies.
Sales & Performance
Support management in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Upsell menu items and promotions through effective staff guidance.
Monitor bills, discounts, voids, and ensure accurate order processing.
Assist in stock control, breakage reporting, and wastage management.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Enforce proper grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene of staff.
Ensure health and safety policies are followed at all times.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and handover notes.
Communicate operational issues to management promptly.
Assist with inventory checks and requisitions as required.
