Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and manage budgets; monitor costs, revenues, and profit margins.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and labor regulations.
Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.
Analyze sales and feedback data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Report department performance and insights to senior management.
