Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relations & Sales
Respond to catering inquiries and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct site visits and consultations to assess event requirements.
Prepare and present customized catering proposals and contracts.
Negotiate pricing, menus, and event logistics to meet client needs and company profitability goals.
2. Event Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee logistics such as setup, staffing, décor, equipment rentals, and service timing.
Create and manage detailed event orders, timelines, and floor plans.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
3. Financial Management
Develop and manage catering budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Control costs through effective planning and inventory management.
Review invoices and approve expenses related to catering operations.
4. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff and temporary event workers.
Assign duties and ensure staff deliver high-quality service.
Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
5. Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction
Ensure the presentation and service standards reflect the company’s brand image.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
