Qualifications and Experience:
1. A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a Business-related subject or Social Sciences from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
2. A minimum of 2 years post-qualification work experience (including national service) for applicants with a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience (including national service) for applicants with an HND.
3. Experience in Sales, Bank, and Insurance Marketing is highly preferred.
4. Fluency in English and any local language.
5. Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
6. Preferably male and not more than 35 years of age.

Description
Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients to recruit a Mobile Banker for immediate employment. The office will be located in Legon.
Job Summary:
The Mobile Banker will be responsible for acquiring new members, selling the Union’s products and services, conducting financial needs assessments, and ensuring prompt collection and payment of funds. The role also requires frequent travel to promote the Union’s services and maintain customer relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new members and effectively promote and sell the Union’s products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct customer financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling Union products and services.
- Meet and exceed enrolment and collections targets, as well as other performance metrics.
- Travel to various locations, including customer homes, offices, and community events, to collect payments and promote Union services.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections, customer interactions, and enrolments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
- Ensure prompt daily payment of all collections at the branch and accurate reconciliation of member accounts.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
