Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients within the Financial Services to recruit a Chief Executive Officer for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra.
Job Description:
Core Function:
The CEO shall report to the Group Chief Executive Officer. S/He will oversee the organization’s operations, ensuring strategic goals are achieved, business growth is sustained, and compliance with regulatory and corporate governance is maintained. The role involves leading a high-performing team, managing resources effectively, and representing the company to stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Operations Management
• Lead the Executive Committee and the entire Team to achieve the objectives set by the Board of Directors and Group Management.
• Oversee daily operations, including all branches and departments, ensuring seamless functionality across the organization.
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the company.
Strategic Growth and Development
• Spearhead growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets and the development of innovative financial products.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial performance and market positioning objectives.
• Monitor and respond to market trends, competition, and economic factors affecting the business.
Financial Oversight
• Ensure effective budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the Group Management team to oversee financial operations, including collections, products, and other financial activities.
• Assist the Group in securing and raising local funding through available channels to support the company’s operations and growth.
Governance and Compliance
• Safeguard company assets, intellectual property, and reputation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Report to the Board of Directors, regulatory bodies, shareholders, and funders on the company’s performance and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, regulators, funders, and the community.
• Represent the Company at public and corporate engagements to enhance the company’s reputation and stakeholder trust.
Other Responsibilities
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors or Group Management.
