The strategy manager will primarily be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities • Collect and analyse information and data related to procedural efficiency within the organization • Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. • Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. • Develop new solutions, practices and strategies to support long-term business growth • Interview organization employees and complete on-site observations to better understand organizational strategy and efficiency • Collaborate and work with managers and executives to ensure strategies are performing • Research and analyse market trends and industry competition • Present findings, projections and recommended strategies
