Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Rental and Furnishing Manager to oversee the management of our rental units and ensure they are furnished to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for renting, coordinating the furnishing of apartments, tracking inventory, and ensuring all units are prepared for tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Rental Management:
- Coordinate the rental process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and managing lease agreements.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Ensure rental units are ready for occupancy, managing move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
Furnishing Coordination:
- Oversee the furnishing of rental units, ensuring all apartments are equipped with the necessary items and meet Denya Developers' quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and movers to arrange for the delivery and setup of furniture and other items.
- Ensure all furnishing activities are completed within set timelines.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all furnishings in each unit and in storage.
- Track the condition and location of furniture, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Develop and implement systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
Team Supervision:
- Oversee the activities of the furnishing and rental team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on rental activities, furnishing status, and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to rental and furnishing activities.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates on progress and any issues that arise.
