Job Summary
The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing clients and internal events.
This role ensures seamless delivery of events, from concept through execution and post-event wrap-up, while maintaining quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver memorable, impactful, and flawlessly executed events.

Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
• Manage event concepts, timelines, and logistics in alignment with client briefs and objectives
• Prepare detailed event plans, schedules, and task lists
• Oversee pre-event preparations, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up
• Ensure all events meet quality, safety, and brand standards
2. Project Coordination & Delivery
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external vendors
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple events simultaneously
• Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders
• Oversee setup, execution, and dismantling of events
3. Vendor & Partner Management
• Source and manage suppliers and service providers (catering, AV, decor, logistics)
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Ensure vendors deliver on time, within budget, and to required standards
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
4. Budget Management & Cost Control
• Develop and manage event budgets
• Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality
• Work closely with finance and procurement teams
5. Quality Assurance & Client Experience
• Ensure events are delivered to the highest standards
• Monitor all aspects of the event, including setup, programming, and guest experience
• Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas of improvement
• Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction
6. Risk Management & Compliance
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety standards
• Manage contingency plans for unexpected issues
• Escalate critical risks when necessary
7. Team Coordination & Supervision
• Lead and supervise event staff and on-site teams
• Assign tasks and monitor performance
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
