• Check equipment and operating system and correct wherever necessary


• Ensure mechanical operation, standard and controls are maintained at high quality


• Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems


• Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standard 


• Ensure machine setup is as required for the desired output.


• Show expertise in working with team and independent


• Handle time accounting and complete work order


• Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians


• Comply with company and customer regulations and policies


• Work all shifts flexible when job demands 


• Maintain, adjust, clean, and perform repairs of equipment and machinery


• Carry out maintenance jobs such as trouble shooting, fine tuning, and adjustment of machines parameters to optimize operations.


• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current standard and operating procedures.


• Take corrective actions on non-conformances and take steps to prevent further recurrence.


• Adjust machine components to ensure quality and conformity of products to required standards and specifications
